We are a small family owned and run business that cares about people, that's who we are, and why we chose caring roles in our careers.
With Mel as a Nurse, and Andy as a psychology/behavior support practitioner as his chosen career, we both desire to assist people living with disabilities, to live their best life.
Working as a team, we use evidence-based practices. Mel is the clinical lead and driving force behind excellence. She has a thorough understanding of medical practice standards and professional conduct.

At Engaged Support Services, we aim to provide our participants with the highest level of support possible, delivering a professional and person centred service that is tailored to the participant's needs. Just as a mighty tree needs nutrients to grow strong, we aim to provide a level of care that helps our participants thrive, and provide these services to the people who need them most.
